What's inside

Built for people who measure everything.

Spreadsheets, janky calculators, and apps that sell your data — that's what this replaces. Five tabs, one job: keep your protocol precise.

Dose helper — always free

Draw to the exact unit mark.

No more guessing with syringes and calculators. Pick your peptide, enter your BAC water and target dose, and PepStak answers the only question that matters: "Measure to the 80-unit mark" — drawn on a U-100 syringe so you can see exactly where to pull the plunger.

The full breakdown shows concentration, mcg per unit, volume to inject, and how many doses are left in the vial.

Stacks

Run your whole stack at once.

Multiple concurrent stacks, each with its own cycle progress, per-peptide schedules, and adherence rings. The home screen shows what's due today across everything you're running — and logging is one tap.

Weekly schedules with reminders keep every compound on time, whether it's daily Ipamorelin or Monday-only Retatrutide.

Active levels

Know what's still active.

Every dose decays. PepStak models it — decay curves built from published half-life data estimate what's still circulating from every compound you've logged, with peak and trough at a glance.

Isolate any peptide's curve, scrub across 24-hour to 90-day windows, and see exactly how doses overlap. Modeled estimates for insight — not medical advice.

Site rotation

Rotate sites like a pro.

The body map remembers every injection and color-codes each site's recovery — needs rest, caution, ready soon, good to go. Front and back, tracked automatically.

Pick a site that was used too recently and PepStak warns you — and tells you which one is ready instead. No more tissue buildup from favoring the same spot.

Progress tracking

Watch the trend bend.

Weight and body fat percentage on one chart, from one week to all time — with total change and weekly-average rate so you know if the protocol is actually working.

Daily check-ins across six metrics feed Smart Insights that surface patterns automatically: loss rate, logging consistency, protocol adherence.

Progress photos

Visual proof it's working.

Numbers tell part of the story — photos tell the rest. Compare side-by-side across weeks and months to see changes the mirror hides.

Every photo stays on your device, backed up via your own iCloud. Your images never touch our servers — complete privacy for your most personal data.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

When does PepStak launch?
PepStak is in public beta right now and launching on the App Store soon. You can use the full app today by joining the beta on TestFlight — free, no invite needed. Beta testers' feedback directly shapes the app.
What is PepStak?
PepStak is an iPhone app for tracking peptide use. It brings your entire routine into one place: reconstitution math, dose schedules and reminders, injection logging with site rotation, estimated active levels, daily wellness check-ins, weight and progress photos. If you're currently juggling a notes app, a spreadsheet, and a syringe calculator website, PepStak replaces all three.
Is PepStak free?
Yes. The core app is free: build a stack, schedule doses, use the reconstitution calculator, log injections with site rotation, track your weight, and take progress photos — no payment required. PepStak Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited stacks, full history, smart insights, data export, photo compare, advanced charts, and weekly summaries.
Which peptides are supported?
PepStak ships with a reference library of 100+ peptides and blends — with typical dose ranges, half-life data, and reconstitution info compiled from published research and community resources. Not in the library? Add it as a custom peptide and track it like any other.
Does PepStak tell me what to take?
No. PepStak never recommends, prescribes, or suggests peptides, doses, or protocols. You decide your protocol (ideally with your healthcare provider); PepStak helps you track it accurately and consistently. The reference library is informational only.
What are "active levels"?
PepStak uses each peptide's half-life to estimate how much is still active in your system based on your logged doses, shown as a real-time chart. It's a mathematical approximation for your convenience — not a lab measurement, and not something to base medical decisions on.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your logs, photos, and check-ins are yours. Data is stored on your device and synced securely to your account so it's available across your devices. We don't sell your data, and your health information is never shared with advertisers. You can lock the app behind Face ID for an extra layer of privacy. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Does PepStak work with Apple Health?
Yes. PepStak can write your weight and body fat entries to Apple Health, and read body fat and sleep data to enrich your daily check-ins. Health integration is optional and controlled by you through iOS permissions.
Is there an Android version?
It's on the way — an Android version is currently in development. PepStak is iPhone-only for now; join the list below to be notified the moment the Android beta opens.
Does PepStak sell peptides?
No. PepStak doesn't sell, supply, or endorse any peptide or substance, and we're not affiliated with any vendor. We make tracking software — where you source anything, and whether it's legal where you live, is entirely your responsibility.
Is this medical advice?
No. PepStak is a personal logging and tracking tool — it is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calculations and estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any protocol. See our Terms of Use for details.
