Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using PepStak. These Terms govern your use of the PepStak mobile application and any related services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and PepStak LLC ("PepStak," "we," "us," "our"), a Delaware limited liability company.
If you are using PepStak on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
PepStak is a Personal Logistical Information Management System (PLIMS) — a digital tool designed exclusively for the storage, visualization, and organization of user-generated personal data. PepStak does NOT provide medical advice, clinical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, dosing schedules, or prescriptions of any kind. ALWAYS consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or stopping any peptide protocol.
PepStak does not manufacture, distribute, endorse, or facilitate the procurement or use of any peptides, research chemicals, or any other substance. PepStak is not a medical device, medical application, healthcare service, clinical decision support system, or wellness intervention tool. Any references within the Application to compounds, substances, or protocols are for the User's organizational convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or instruction of any kind.
Any mathematical outputs within the Application, including but not limited to half-life estimates, reconstitution volume calculations, and titration schedules, are "Theoretically Derived Mathematical Models" based on publicly available pharmacokinetic data and are provided for informational and organizational purposes only. These outputs must not be relied upon for any medical, health, or dosing decision. The Company makes no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any such models to any individual's specific circumstances.

Any information, calculations, or content provided within the App is for informational and logistical reference only.
You acknowledge that the substances you may choose to track in this App are frequently classified as Research Chemicals or labeled "Not for Human Consumption" and are not approved pharmaceutical agents. You further acknowledge that: (a) PepStak LLC has no knowledge of, or control over, the sourcing, purity, sterility, potency, safety, or legal status of any substances you track; (b) PepStak LLC is a digital logistical tool and has no involvement in the procurement, manufacture, or administration of any physical substance; and (c) you assume one hundred percent (100%) of the risk associated with the procurement, handling, and administration of any substance you choose to track through this App.

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use PepStak. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate any account we determine is held by a user under the age of 18.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@pepstak.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account and to keep that information updated.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, PepStak grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the PepStak application on Apple iOS devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial tracking purposes.

PepStak is available in a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with full feature access.
Pro access is available via monthly subscription, annual subscription, and lifetime purchase. Current pricing for each plan is displayed in the app at the time of purchase.
All billing is handled by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy. PepStak LLC does not issue refunds directly.
Previously purchased subscriptions can be restored at no charge using the Restore Purchases option in the app's Settings.
You retain full ownership of all personal content you enter into PepStak, including your dose logs, weight entries, check-in data, and progress photos ("User Content"). By using the app, you grant PepStak LLC a limited license to store and process your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the app and providing its features to you.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, PepStak LLC retains exclusive ownership of: (a) the database structure, schema, and architecture of the App; (b) anonymized and aggregated trend data derived from User Content, from which no individual user can be identified, used solely for App improvement; and (c) all peptide reference data, half-life information, reconstitution formulas, and other proprietary reference content built into the App.

The PepStak application, including its design, code, features, branding, peptide database, and all content, is the exclusive property of PepStak LLC. "PepStak" and the PepStak logo are trademarks of PepStak LLC.
The PepStak peptide database, including its unique structure, peptide profiles, half-life data, molecular weight references, and reconstitution calculation logic, constitutes a proprietary compilation and trade secret of PepStak LLC. You are strictly prohibited from:
You acknowledge that the tracking of unapproved research compounds, experimental peptides, and substances labeled "Not for Human Consumption" carries inherent risks of physical harm, adverse health outcomes, and legal exposure. By using PepStak to track any such substance, you:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including your violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via Settings. Sections 2, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at support@pepstak.io and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or via remote proceedings.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PepStak LLC regarding your use of the app.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice or email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
